With the rapid development of social economy,people are more and more dependent on electronic equipment,which leads to the growing demand for power in the country,and the maintenance of power system is more and more important.In this case,the safety protect ion of live working becomes a problem that can not be ignored,and insulating boots and gloves are indispensable insulation auxiliary safety in the daily power supply system All tools and instruments can be used to prevent the operator from being injured by contact voltage,step voltage and leakage current arc.Therefore,the regular inspection of insulation quality of insulating boots and gloves has become an essential link.However,the high voltage required for the experiment is too high,which is particularly dangerous.If the operation is improper,it is very easy to cause injury to the operators.At the same time,there are a large number of insulation safety tools and instruments,and the workload of regular test and detection is very large.Therefore,how to accurately,efficiently and safely test the insulation safety tools and instruments is the main purpose of this study.At present,the main methods to test the insulation quality in the world are DC withstand voltage test and AC withstand voltage test.DC withstand voltage test is to directly apply DC high voltage to insulated safety tools and instruments,and the power can reach about 10 kV.However,DC withstand voltage test technology is invalid and harmful for insulating rubber,so AC withstand voltage technology is adopted in this study.AC withstand voltage technology is to apply AC high voltage to the insulation safety tools and instruments,and judge whether the insulation safety tools and instruments meet the human safety protection standard by detecting the leakage current,so as to ensure that the high voltage will not break through the insulation safety tools and instruments and cause harm to human body.AC voltage withstand test is an AC test with power frequency and approximate power frequency.Through this test,the insulation defects of insulated safety tools can be effectively detected,and the breakdown or other abnormal conditions of insulated safety tools can be observed.This device adopts the AC power frequency withstand voltage test method and is composed of a console,a step-up transformer,a test head and a wireless terminal.This device uses the ATKLORA01 wireless module to form a wireless terminal that is responsible for wireless data transmission and display of measurement information,effectively avoiding the inconvenient wired connection of traditional test devices,and can be controlled by wireless isolation from high voltages,improving test safety.In addition,this device uses a voltage comparator,digital-to-analog conversion circuit and NMOS tube switch to form a judgment mechanism to determine the test measurement result.Compared with the traditional test device,which uses the relay switch on and off as the determination basis,the relay switch pull-in current error Large range will lead to inaccurate judgment results of the test device.Therefore,the measurement result of this device is more accurate.The degree of insulation wear of the product can be judged by the value of the leakage current,and the digital-to-analog conversion circuit can be controlled to provide different voltage comparators Reference voltage value,so that a variety of measurement requirements of different insulation safety appliances are tested.In order to improve the testing efficiency,this device can carry out independent tests of eight samples at the same time,without interfering with each other in the experiment,and adopts a high-voltage breaking trip mechanism,which can control the failed samples to automatically escape from the high-voltage test and disconnect the connection.After device testing,experimental data were obtained,which verified that the device has the advantages of high accuracy,high safety,and high efficiency.
