The Software Design Of The Control System Of The Multi-channel Insulation Withstand Voltage Tester

With the progress of society,the development of science and technology,the improvement of the living standard,people pay more attention to the vital safety aspects and,in these aspects of electrical safety and people's life and social production is closely related to electrical safety for people paying more and more attention.Insulation pressure two indicators in electrical safety testing occupies a more important position,so people for electrical products insulation pressure detection more attention.A set of multi-channel insulation withstand voltage testing system is designed aiming at the problems such as few channels,low automation and the error caused by manual intervention.The system is constructed by upper and lower computer,which mainly realizes high voltage multi-channel reliable switching mode,automatic input of test data and efficient man-machine interface.Through the actual test,the system has simple operation,high degree of man-machine,stable performance,accurate test results,greatly improve the test efficiency,completed the system required indicators and functions.This is the open cooperation fund of Guizhou Province Key Laboratory of power component reliability based on the project "multi channel insulation integrated test instrument design,in the design in this paper the author has completed the handwriting before multi channel insulation control system voltage tester software,the whole system of command and control,data acquisition and processing,a series of functions of authority management as can be realized,and run stably.The research of this paper lays the foundation for the intelligence of insulation withstand voltage test and promotes the research and development process of the project.
