With the continuous advancement of urbanization,urban development has encountered many problems,such as rapidly growing populations,uneven distribution of resources,and unreasonable urban road planning.In addition,with the development of science and technology,a variety of communication devices and sensors have also been applied to cities.Depending on the various city data generated by these communication devices and sensors,researchers can provide some practical and feasible solutions for the development and planning of cities,urban planners can also solve urban development problems based on these data,ensure the healthy development of city and improve the quality of urban residents 'life.Everyday travel of urban residents,such as working and commuting,require various means of transportation in the cities due to its huge population and large scale.As the travel choice,public transportation,such as subways,buses,etc.,carrys a large number of passenger flows,which will cause many problems.Urban public transportation serves people's travel,so we can find out the nature of transportation problems by population mobility.The popularity of mobile phones provides a large amount of mobile phone signaling data,which can be used as an important reference to residents' mobile trends.How to find and improve urban public transport areas with low efficiency is a hot research topic for researchers.We use the regularity of residents' movement and the trajectory of taxis to find out areas where urban public transportation is inefficient,which is of great significance for improving the structure of urban public transportation and planning the development of urban.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Storage and processing of mobile phone station data,mobile phone signaling data and taxi GPS data.We store and preprocess those data under the Hadoop platform,solving the problem of big data storage and low data quality.(2)Division of urban public transportation areas.We use the ArcGis platform to divide the map of Changchun's urban area,and isolated the impact of suburban areas without mobile phone stations(no-man's land)on urban public transportation analysis.(3)Research on public transport efficiency evaluation methods.We have studied the evaluation indexes of urban public transport efficiency.The efficiency of public transportation is usually measured by accessibility.Traditional methods use direct coefficients to calculate accessibility,which ignores the impact of walking on accessibility.Taking this factor into account,we propose a minimum transfer algorithm based on walking,and calculate the indicators of public transportation efficiency.(4)Defect areas identification of urban public transportation.We have improved the Skyline algorithm.Using mobile phone signaling data,taxi data and public transport accessibility indicators,we have established a matrix of urban public transportation areas to identify defect areas of urban public transportation.(5)Mining,analyzing and researching the relationship between the defect areas of urban public transportation,and combining it with the urban public transportation planning in the later period,verifying the effectiveness of our method.
