Study On The Architecture Of Island B&B In Changhai County,Dalian

In this paper,Changhai island B&B building in Dalian,Liaoning Province is taken as the research object to explore the architectural design of the northern island residential building,and collect cases to summarize the design basis and design principles.There are six chapters in this paper.The first chapter is the introduction,which points out that the development of domestic homestay is vigorous,and island homestay has become a new hot spot.The development of the South Island homestay is very developed,but the North Island homestay is still in the initial stage of development and needs to be upgraded gradually to improve the quality.The author collects the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the homestay and finds that the research in this field has changed from the previous report research on the general situation of homestay around the country to the comprehensive research that is multi-disciplinary,multi-disciplinary and integrated with the Internet in the new era.These comprehensive theoretical results of multi-disciplinary provide scientific design basis for the design of island homestay.In the second chapter,the definition of related concepts and the review of theoretical research,the definition of "homestay" in different regions,different definitions,different management concepts,directly affect the appearance of homestay buildings;in the section of regional tourism buildings,the meaning of regional tourism buildings,as well as the regional characteristics are a major source of power for tourists to travel;in the analysis of the form of residential buildings in Changhai Island,the author concludes According to the author’s research,the planning and design work of Changhai County contacted by the author’s Research Institute and the research results of the former senior and senior students of Dalian University of technology on the residential buildings in Changhai County,this paper comprehensively expounds the distribution and architectural form of the local residential buildings,and draws the typical local traditional residential single figure;introduces the famous islands of Spain,Greece and Portugal in the development analysis of the residential buildings Homestay,as well as Japan,South Korea,Southeast Asia,the development of residential buildings.In the third chapter,the author collected 100 cases of domestic and foreign Island homestay through Ctrip,airbnb,booking.com,and classified them in the form of atlas table.From the perspective of residential renovation or new construction,geographical location(coastal or not),terrain environment,architectural style,courtyard form,supporting swimming pool,interior design,this paper analyzes 7 high-quality residential buildings in detail in the section of excellent case analysis at home and abroad;In Shengsi Island homestay section,it is mainly introduced that the natural environment of Shengsi island is very similar to that of Changshan Island,and the homestay is developed,so the author went to shengsisi reef island in Zhejiang Province in November 2019 to investigate the local homestay situation in detail.The fourth chapter is about the current situation of the homestay in Changhai County,including Dachangshan Island,xiaochangshan Island,Zhangzi Island,Guanglu island and Haiyang island.The author knows the situation of the homestay from the local homestay owners through field survey,telephone and wechat interview.As a whole,the service level of homestay is relatively low,and there are many fishermen in Changhai in datongpu style.In terms of architectural design,both indoor and outdoor are simple and lack of aesthetic feeling.However,in recent years,there have been a number of boutique homestays designed by professional architects in various islands,and the author also makes a detailed analysis.The fifth chapter summarizes the design principles of the residential buildings in Changhai island through the work results of the first four chapters,and carries out the trial design with a plot of Yangjia village,Dachangshan Island town.In the trial design,two kinds of residential building modes are reflected,one is to meet the requirements of the number of tourists received intensively,the other is to emphasize the privacy and personalization of the high-end residential mode.Combining the two with reference to Chinese classical garden designThe sixth chapter summarizes the first five chapters,puts forward the conclusion,and looks forward to the future.
