In recent years,with the rapid development of modern society,the global energyconsumption is increasing because the demand of all countries'.Therefore,increasing the utilization of renewable energy and improving the utilization rate of energy become the urgent goal for us to achieve.Heat storage technology is an important way to realize it in those methods.Energy storage technology includes many ways of heat storage.But this paper mainly uses phase change energy storage technology.Phase change energy storage is widely used in various fields.Its theoretical research and practical application also have a good development.This paper is based on the previous research results.Furthermore,the particular of heat-exchange facility is developed,and some suggestions for its practical application are put forward.In this paper,fin and tube stabilizes shaped heat-exchange facility is designed still developed.The making PCM polyethylene glycol / silica / expanded graphite is used as the filler.The scale is 83:10:7.The phase change smelting point of it is 51?,latent heat value is121.8J/g and the thermal conductivity is 1.82w/(m·k),which conforms in applicable environment of the product.In line with the theory of the design principle of heat-exchange,this post set up model based in previous experience.This paper is using Computational Fluid Dynamics still gambit to mesh and make a thorough inquiry property at heat-exchange facility.After that manufacturing heat-exchange facility products at this pattern,build this heat-exchange facility experimentally platform.The test fruits are compared with the simulation,so the reliability can be testified.This fixed heat-exchange facility is combined with its indoor environment,and the CFD software is used to simulate the indoor temperature field.Taking a 10m2 room of a nearly zero energy building in Dalian,the accumulated hourly heat load of the room in day is 1.0701kw·h,while the emitted heat of the phase heat-exchange facility in a cycle is 1.353kw·h.The product is combined with the solar energy system,and the intermittent heat storage and release are carried out continuously with the auxiliary of the low valley electricity at night.During this period,the fluctuation range of it emitted makes the indoor temperature stay at 19~20 ?,basically meeting the requirements of indoor temperature stability.In summary,The heat-exchange facility have special function at storing with the sametime,and can take into account the power consumption characteristics of peak shifting and valley filling.This fin and tube heat exchanger with shaped phase change is suitable for solar heating or domestic heating terminal.This phase converter is widely used in the field of environmental protection and energy saving.The analysis results of this product can provide a basis for the subsequent optimization of this kind of heat exchanger,which has certain practical significance.
