In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization,urban construction has also undergone rapid change and development,but it has brought a lot of adverse effects on urban stormwater management,mainly due to the expansion of urban scale,the intensification of urban development and the aggregation of supporting industries.Urban waterlogging and water pollution caused by rainfall runoff are becoming more and more serious.In this case,the government proposed the sponge city construction,the construction policy is infiltration,stagnation,storage,purification,use,drainage,scientific and reasonable absorption and utilization of urban rainwater,to promote a good cycle of urban water.In the construction of sponge City,the regulation and storage capacity of storage tanks is one of the effective method on preventing urban waterlogging,and has strong practicability.It is widely used in domestic and overseas projects.Machining workshop,also known as metalworking workshop,as the name implies,is an industrial production workshop composed of various machine tools with different production processes.Machining workshop is usually composed of several adjacent or adjacent production workshops,including mechanical workshop,tool workshop,abrasive workshop,etc.At present,there are few researches on the operation of the storage tank for the purpose of rainwater reuse and water storage in the mechanical processing plants.Therefore,this paper takes a machining plant as the research object,constructs a rainwater storage tank model,and uses SWMM model to simulate the whole process of rainfall production,infiltration,confluence and pipe network confluence in the catchment area.In this paper,through a thorough study of the recent development of rainwater storage tanks,various calculation methods for the volume of rainwater storage tanks at home and abroad are summarized.The development,application and application fields of SWMM are introduced in detail.Then the theories of infiltration calculation model,runoff generation model,catchment area confluence model and pipe network confluence model are described in detail.This paper introduces the SWMM model establishment method of rainwater drainage pipe network through an example of a machining plant,and simulates the reduction efficiency of rainwater pipe network outflow rate and the volume of rainwater storage tank under different typical rainfall conditions after the low impact development in the drainage pipe network.The following two conclusions are obtained:(1)The rainfall series of P = 1,P = 2,P = 3,P = 5,P = 10 were synthesized by "Chicago rain pattern" and local rainstorm intensity formula.The SWMM model was used to simulate the drainage system,and the discharge of drainage system before and after low impact development was obtained.From the simulation results,we can conclude the close relationship between the rainfall intensity based on different return periods and the discharge of rainwater pipe network.It is concluded that the greater the recurrence period,the more obvious the effect of low impact development on reducing the rainwater runoff in the plant area,and the better the control effect on the discharge.(2)Rainfall simulation with P = 1a,2a,3a,5a and 10 a return periods is used to obtain the depth of each rainwater regulation and storage tank.The results show that the volume of actual simulated rainwater regulation and storage tank is smaller than that calculated by volume method,but it still can not meet the volume requirements of larger return period.Therefore,the volume method is applicable to the calculation of the volume of rainwater storage tank in the machining plant.Through the feasibility analysis,rainwater reuse can be reused for miscellaneous water after filtration and sterilization.It has brought huge social and environmental benefits to the reasonable solution of water shortage,effective prevention and control of flood control and water environmental pollution.
