| In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology and power electronic technology,the characteristics parameters features of the power quality own a new continuation and denotation,to meet the new demands of power quality that the modern industrial enterprises,power users and power pollution control etc.It brings a new challenge to the power quality of timely detection and analysis.Although the traditional power quality analyzer have been doing well in practical,but that is more applied to the traditional substation.To satisfy the digital construction of intelligent substation,it’s necessary to research the power quality analysis device of electronic transformers.With the virtual instrument technology rapid growth provides great convenience for the design of the new type of power quality analyzer,the Lab VIEW software developed by Ni company of the United States has been rapidly extended to the power industry due to its strong self defining function,short research and development cycle,wide application range,convenient expansion and maintenance.This paper introduces the intelligent substation system,electronic transformer and IEC 61850 Communication Protocol in detail.Focused on the development and design of Lab VIEW software function composition,analyzes the algorithm related to power quality parameters and the function modules related to the algorithm,And the link layer SV message is implemented the dynamic link and call with Win Pcap technique.At last,the power quality RMS current and RMS voltage deviation,power measuring,power grid harmonic,and three phase unbalanced power grid are simulated and the results are analyzed.The paper has 37 figures,50 references. |
