A Study On Factors Influencing The Valuation Of The Fire Direct Property Loss Based On Grounded Theory

At present,fire control organs are the main service objects of fire direct property loss assessment,and fire control organs replace their own loss statistics work with the mode of purchasing third party loss assessment services,so as to reduce their work burden in fire investigation and avoid litigation risks.But at present,fire direct property loss assessment as a new thing,the community's understanding of it is not deep enough,the academic community has not carried out systematic exploration and research on it,there are not many third-party platforms that can carry out fire direct property loss assessment,and the evaluation models of different platforms will be different,and the quality of evaluation is also mixed.So,fire It will be the key to promote the continuous and healthy development of fire direct property loss assessment by exploring the operation mode of disaster direct property loss assessment and clarifying its operation principle and influencing factors.This study adopts qualitative research logic,from the perspective of participatory observation,9 managers and practitioners of fire direct property loss assessment were interviewed in depth.Based on the interview data and the case survey data observed on the spot,the data were coded three-level by the method of taking root theory.The main influencing factors of 20 fire direct property loss assessment are found,which belong to five main categories: fire characteristics,social needs,evaluation process,evaluation subject and upper system.Then we analyze the five main categories one by one according to the original data,and find that the evaluation process determines the direct factors of evaluation,and the fire characteristics,the society Meeting needs,assessment subject,upper level system through the role of the evaluation process indirectly affect the operation of loss assessment.And each main category does not play an independent role in the assessment of direct property loss of fire,there is a certain interaction between them,each main category has different influence path and influence way to the loss assessment.Then,based on the relationship between each main category and the core category,the theoretical model of the influencing factors of fire direct property loss assessment is established.This research is expected to provide some theoretical support for the future development of fire direct property damage assessment,but also help the needs ofassessment agencies or practitioners,can grasp the main process and basic principles of fire direct property loss assessment.
