In recent years, the government vigorously promote energy efficiency in buildings in the background, wall insulation tremendous development, wherein the organic exterior insulation system, because of its inherent advantages and are widely used.But the typical organic insulation materials XPS, EPS, RPUF and other flammable characteristics, resulting in organic EIFS fires occur frequently, causing heavy losses. In this context, this paper based on organic facades angle of fire insulation works at the construction stage, referring to the existing fire risk assessment, to explore a specific project for the construction phase of external wall insulation systems applied fire risk assessment.Evaluation process has four main parts. Part 1, the author of the existing fire statistics and via the Internet to collect a typical fire, to determine the organic exterior insulation works fire risk tolerance. The second part is the use of fault tree analysis to identify the hazard of fire organic exterior insulation works, determining the probability calculation method of initial fires. Part 3 is to analyze three typical organic insulation materials, fire risk, and analyzing the measures and the beneficial effects of fire-retardant insulation system overburden material. Section 4 is concerned that property damage fire assessment to maturity model, modify it to make it suitable for the construction phase of property damage organic exterior insulation works fire assessment.
