Under the background of the increasing emphasis on sustainable development in today's society,being a responsible enterprise is not only required by the times,but also the pursuit of social value of enterprise.The concept of sustainable development is more and more popular and in-depth in all sectors of society,more and more enterprises have begun to realize the importance of social responsibility for their own fundamental interests and long-term development,and comprehensively carry out social responsibility practice in enterprises.As a member of the society,the decisions and activities of air transport enterprises affect the society and the environment all the time,which also are deeply influenced by the society.These effects can be both positive and negative.As for those air transport enterprises with social responsibility,they should try to exert its maximum positive influence,avoid negative influence or minimize negative influence as far as possible.This paper takes Hainan Airlines as the research object,conducts a systematic study on its social responsibility management by applying the stakeholder theory on the basis of full investigation of its current situation of social responsibility management.First of all,it expatiates on the current situation of the social responsibility management of Hainan Airlines.Secondly,it summarizes the achievements and problems in the social responsibility management,and analyzes the reasons of the existence of problems.Finally,the social responsibility management improvement measures and solutions are put forward to solve the problems,hoping to enhance the social responsibility management of the Hainan Airlines and other Civil Aviation Transport Enterprise.
