With the progress of human living standards,the number of traditional internal combustion engine cars is increasing.While facilitating human travel,cars also cause serious environmental pollution and energy consumption.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:This paper summarizes the development status of new energy vehicles at home and abroad,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of existing motors for new energy vehicles and the advantages of permanent magnet synchronous motor as a driving motor for new energy vehicles.The current control methods of PMSM are summarized,and the fuzzy PID control method of PMSM for new energy vehicle is determined based on vector transformation control.This part was deduced the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor under different coordinate system,through coordinate transformation,realize the permanent magnet synchronous motor in the transformation of the mathematical model under different coordinate system,based on the vector transformation control principle to realize the decoupling of permanent magnet synchronous motor,the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector transformation control system were designed,and the SVPWM algorithm implementation process is given.In the third part a fuzzy PID control algorithm was proposed for the PMSM vector transformation control system.The simulation results show that the design can effectively improve the response speed and control accuracy of the rotating speed,reduce the torque ripple of the motor,and have good stability and dynamic performance.At last part designed the hardware circuit of the new energy vehicle drive system,and completed the software system design with C language programming.The experimental results show that the control system has good dynamic and static characteristics and anti-interference ability,which effectively improves the working efficiency of the drive motor.
