Permanent magnet synchronous motor with features of simple structure, light weight and high efficiency.the permanent magnet synchronous motor servo control system can achieve high accuracy, high dynamic performance,a wide range of speed regulation or position control, therefore the permanent magnet synchronous motor servo control system has good application prospect.to solve the problem that the motor cannot start normally when the initial position of the rotor is not known and the optimizing of vector control of PMSM.This paper takes permanent magnet synchronous motor as the research object and does the following work:First of all,the idea of transient simulation of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on d-q model is provided according to the principle of permanent magnet synchronous motor is analyzed. Then, the vector control system and SVPWM inverter control technology of PMSM are analyzed and simulated. Then,a rotor initial position detection scheme based on incremental photoelectric encoder is proposed for the motor cannot start normally when the initial position of the rotor is not known.a simulation model is established Through the theoretical analysis of the scheme. The results show that the scheme can accurately detect the initial rotor angle position of PMSM.Finally,in view of the traditional PI control can not adapt to the PMSM control system has the characteristics of nonlinear and parameter time-varying with modifying factor was proposed in this paper, the fuzzy PI control system to optimize the vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor.Through the simulation of this method, the results show that its performances of the response speed and accuracy of the system have been improved and the static error has been reduced.
