Along with the needs of economic development and urban construction,government departments pay more and more attention to the construction of urban underground space.Therefore,the development of underground pipe gallery project is of great significance to the urban infrastructure.At present,the construction method of underground pipe gallery in our country can be divided into pipe jacking construction and shield on the power pipe corridor project of "up-down" of a certain high voltage line in Wenzhou city,this paper studies the main characteristics and difficulties of the working well of pipe jacking.The main contents are as follows:Secondly,according to the characteristics of deep silty soil under the construction site,weak bearing capacity of the foundation and the close proximity of the caisson to the surrounding buildings(structures),the necessity of monitoring and analyzing the influence of the deformation of the surrounding soil in the construction of the caisson was expounded.FLAC3 D software was used to simulate and analyze the pouring and maintenance process of section 1 and section 2 of the caisson as well as the first sinking process of the caisson,focusing on studying the influence degree of underground soil deformation on the construction of the caisson and the settlement of adjacent buildings(structures)during the construction of the caisson,and analyzing the main factors affecting the construction of the caisson.Finally,the analysis of the simulation results shows that the construction process of the caisson has no influence on the surrounding buildings,but the soil has a slight creep due to the poor bearing capacity of the foundation.In the simulation results of open caisson construction under drainage method,the maximum value of surface settlement is 34.7mm,which has a certain impact on the surrounding environment.Due to the insufficient strength of the bottom soil mass and no limitation of the bottom plate,the surrounding soil mass flows into the well,resulting in the uplift of the bottom soil mass,which has a negative impact on the construction of open caisson.According to the simulation results,the surface settlement at the sinking stage of open caisson is analyzed It is found that the strengthening of the bearing capacity of the foundation and the prevention of the heave at the bottom of the well are the important factors that affectthe construction of the open caisson,and the corresponding technical measures are put forward.
