| Grain safety has significant effect to national security and social stability, and the problem of grain storage is an important part to guarantee grain safety. Since 1998, our country has constructed grain granaries with capacity of more than one hundred million catties. However most of the new granaries are above the ground. The temperature in them becomes too high easily, thus influencing the grain storage quality. Therefore, it is necessary to develop new methods for green grain storage.Underground granary has natural advantages of low temperature, green energy saving and land saving, which satisfies the requirements of green grain storage. Underground reinforced concrete circular grain silo is based on the concept of green grain storage research out of the modernization of the new warehouse type underground. For the underground silo sinking process, open caisson construction method is simple in construction, fast, safe and reliable, cover an area of an area small, small amount of digging and the relatively small impact on the adjacent buildings, etc.This article mainly discusses the underground reinforced concrete circular way of bulk grain silos open caisson construction process warehouse wall and the lateral friction resistance of soil, the main research contents are as follows:(1)Study of the underground reinforced concrete circular grain silo construction technology and construction steps in the process of open caisson construction.(2)Based on ecological underground reinforced concrete circular bulk new warehouse construction, for the warehouse structure during the analysis, including the weight, the structure size, etc.(3)According to the data warehouse structure and site soil, using the theoretical calculation of the friction resistance between soil and the wall of calculation and analysis.(4)How to reduce capital outside wall surface with the soil, the friction resistance between the method of open caisson for settling technology summary comparison analysis. |
