In recent years,the popularity of cars makes people pay more and more attention to the handling stability of vehicles,comfort and safety,and also because of the air suspension can improve vehicle ride comfort,the advantage of light weight and long life of air spring,air suspension can realize different characteristics of the vehicle height adjustment,make people have favor in it.Relative to the air suspension,suspension of oil and gas in cylinder of high pressure gas and oil,require a higher sealing,at the same time in the working progress of this suspension,it maintain cleanliness of suspension cylinder,which makes the processing complex,also more trouble to maintain.Suspension in heavy duty applications of multi-axle vehicle,also because of vehicle's compact space,need special protection features such as constrained.In the process of air suspension control,air spring play as a vital part in the research.This article first analyzes the air spring and air suspension application characteristics and development situation domestic and abroad,concluded the key point of this paper.This article is to build on the experiment platform 6 x6 military off-road vehicles,in view of the air spring,first through all kinds of nonlinear problem of air spring system are analyzed in theory,using the large finite element software ABAQUS to vertical stiffness of air spring system and its influence factors are analyzed.Then use ADAMS simulation software,established the module of ADAMS/Car in 6 x6 vehicle model,and then ride comfort simulation,using ADAMS/Insight module to carry out the design of experiment was carried out on the damping optimization,under different conditions of spring stiffness damping matching.The third part,starting from the actual working condition,through the analysis of multi-axle vehicle in air spring height and pressure change under different working conditions,put forward the new PV control strategy,to complete the process to electronically controlled air suspension,body posture,adjustable under different working conditions.
