The oil road system is one of the important parts of the integrate transmission,which provides a strong guarantee for the lubrication system and the normal operation of the control oil road.The strength of the tubing directly determines the reliability of the oil circuit system,thus affecting the reliability of the integrated transmission.Therefore,improving the strength of the tubing is an important way to improve the reliability of integrate transmission.In this paper,the research of the outer tubing is based on the oil circuit system of an integrated transmission device of an armored vehicle.Through the analysis of the synthetic transmission device,a clear tubing fracture position,introduces the function and classification of lubricating oil pipe,from the process,vibration and other aspects of the causes of failure of tubing,factors affecting the strength of the tubing.The finite element simulation model of the oil supply pipe system is established on the platform of ANSYS software.The modal analysis of the oil supply pipe system is carried out,and the modal information is obtained.The finite element model is verified by modal test.In order to determine the vibration load of the lubricating oil pipe,the vibration acceleration test scheme of the vehicle is designed.Through the vehicle test,the vibration signals of three directions acceleration are collected,the experimental data are processed and analyzed,and the vibration signals of the tubing strength under different speed are obtained.The lumped mass model of the oil supply pipe system is established,the vibration signal is used as the excitation.The model is simulated and solved,and the movement displacement at the two ends of the oil supply pipe is obtained.Through the finite element simulation analysis,the centralized quality model of the oil supply pipe is verified.Stress analysis is an important part of the tubing strength research.By using ANSYS/Workbench software,the finite element simulation of the tubing is carried out,and the stress strain of the tubing is obtained.The load method of the failure position is analyzed from the tubing structure,and the fatigue analysis of the tubing is analyzed according to the load situation of the tubing.Finally,in order to improve the strength of the broken tubing,the size and the direction of the tubing are improved,and the purpose of enhancing the intensity of the tubing is realized.The tubing strength research methods and research results have certain guiding significance to the integrated transmission after the surface of external oil pipe structure design and strength research,and have certain reference value for the design of similar pipe structure in practical engineering.
