The Evaluating The Capability Of CAE Analysis Services Provider In Automobile Field

Computer Aided Engineering(CAE)is a pivotal tool in the procedure of the automobile design and manufacture,for playing a significant role based on the motivation on product performance prediction,vehicle structure property controlling and time-saving in the innovation and development phase.CAE application was introduced by institutions for scientific research and education since 1990 s,during developing in the last decades it has became an essential part of automobile design and exploitation.For responding to the call of developing independence R&D capability by Chinese government,A corporation realize that enhancing internal CAE technology and innovation capability should integrate external tech-professionals.However,for the reason lacking of uniformly industry gauge and the automotive plant itself also does not have a consummate measurement to standardized,somehow which cause low efficiency in evaluate and rate CAE service provider or even lead the inadequate capability provider be selected during the development and corporation process.Therefore,the demand of establishing an evaluating indicator system of services provider in the CAE simulating analysis and engineering consulting field is urgency.Based on the need of establishing evaluating system,this thesis will consult existing theories and methodology on the evaluating the capability or competitiveness of knowledge-intensive enterprise,to support the establishing an evaluating indicator system of CAE simulating analysis and engineering consulting service provider,and utilized the system to evaluate the capability of the providers.The thesis is divided into four main parts: First,analysis the current situation of evaluating CAE services provider and dig the real reason cause the problems;second,apply documentary analysis and the method of specialist investigation to screening capability indices,utilize fuzzy synthetic evaluation method and Principal Component Analysis to determine index weight;Last,using the induction and deduction method to evaluate the capability of 5 providers,to demonstrate that the system which established by the thesis is effective for the improvement of evaluating work of A corporation.The research of this paper is aim to figure it out the selecting problems on CAE service provider,as well as providing reference for the other automobile business.
