Study On Development Technology Of Knowledge Component In Modern Product Design

The application of component-based development technology in modern design knowledge service is discussed in the paper. The concepts of knowledge services in product design put forward many new viewpoints, and component-based development technology provided technical support for the realization of the concept of knowledge services. In this paper based on component-based development technology the concepts of knowledge services in product design and development technology of knowledge component in modern product design are discussed. The main contents of this thesis are listed as follows:Component-based development technology is employed and knowledge services in product design are achieved to overcome the difficulties of the applies of the knowledge services theory. The main technologies of component-based development technology: COM, CORBA, J2EE and Web Services, are analyzed on their capacity from the platform, cross-language capability, safety performance, development in areas. Baosteel Machinery Factory Involute Gear Mapping System as an example was constructed on the basis of knowledge services suing component-based development technology. It indicates that the knowledge resource can easily provide services to response a request via internet and product design based on knowledge is realized using component-based development technology.In the knowledge service systems knowledge classification, application of the products and management systems implementation and related knowledge component-based development are studied. The construction methods of enterprise knowledge service systems combining Knowledge Base with the workflow of knowledge application are presented. Knowledge service systems of Baosteel Machinery were constructed and have produced good effect.
