In recent years,as the quick increase of car sales volume in China,the sale volume of aftersales parts has increased a lot and brought profit for the car companies.The”3R”policy of car has set rules for the aftersales market and the rights and interests of consumers can be guaranteed.Because the satisfaction of consumers can impact the sales volume of car,the car companies have increased their investment on aftersales parts in order to fulfill the market requirements and increased the satisfaction ratio.Under this circumstance,D company,the aftersales parts service and trading company,was founded in year 2008 and mainly in charge of the parts purchasing,importation,storage and delivery to 4S store for all types of the cars under the brand.The paper will take D company as the study sample and through the analysis of current handling process and parts volume of parts delivery center(PDC)to find the problems,such as capacity limitation,handling pressure and long delivery time of parts,which are facing by Beijing PDC.By analyzing the current capacity,volume and handling process of Beijing PDC,the paper will raise the necessity of setting up a new PDC.Using AHP method to specific the weight of each impact points which need to be considered in the site selecting.To calculate the transportation cost and lead-time and score the impact factors of policy and social by experts.To calculate all of the data by Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system and find the city which is much more suitable for the new PDC.The site selection can shorten the delivery lead-time,decrease the delivery cost,increase the handling efficiency of PDC and increase the customer's satisfaction ratio.It also can be a reference for the other aftersales parts companies who are facing the similar problems.
