Research On Schedule Management Of Fuel E-Commerce Project Based On The Critical Chain Method

With the rapid development of e-commerce,e-commerce based on the Internet has become a new business model.The Chinese economy has entered a new norm,countries "Internet plus" action plan to further promote economic development,and technical conditions of Internet procurement of traditional industries has the construction of enterprise e-commerce platform is represent the general trend.After analysis,it is found that the construction of large-scale B2 B e-commerce is still in the initial stage of development,in the process of construction of such projects,there are many problems in the process of project management,such as schedule,cost,quality and so on.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the problem of project schedule management in the process of complex and uncertain factors.According to the requirements of the H group on the implementation of the ‘sunshine procurement' fuel management,DVT company research and implementation of FEC(Fuel Electronic Commerce)project as an example,the project encountered in schedule management problems were analyzed,based on the critical chain technology progress plan and control optimization suggestions are put forward,to provide reference for schedule management in the process of the construction project followup.The specific contents are as follows: the existence of the schedule management of FEC project problems were analyzed;then,the critical chain respectively from the identification of critical chain,set the buffer and buffer management for FEC project to build the corresponding model,and gives the optimization scheme of project schedule management;finally,through the analysis of optimization the programme will critical chain technology superiority and the existing project management methods are compared;by comparison,using the method in FEC project management more effectively,and can enhance the project management level,so as to create the value for the enterprise.
