Urban medium voltage distribution network is an important part of urban power grid.Based on the determination of urban planning plan and land property in China,the importance of load density index method for spatial power load forecasting in power planning has become increasingly prominent.However,the rationality,economy and security of the urban power grid will depend on whether the indicators are scientific and reasonable or not.A scientific,real and flexible index of electricity consumption must be provided to guide the construction of the power grid in line with the economic development of the city.In this paper,the load density index method is introduced in detail,and the advantages and disadvantages of various load density indicators are analyzed.In view of the increasing digitalization of the whole city and the increasing amount of data generated,a load density index method based on data is proposed.This method is based on the idea of combining planning data with grid data,and the planning data and grid data are analyzed.Taking Xiamen as an example,this paper introduces in detail how to integrate the planning data and power grid data by using ArcGIS software,and how to use the integrated power GIS database to divide various types of land-use nature load units.Then,Origin 2018 software uses Logistic mathematical model of saturated load method to analyze the data of various types of land-use nature load units.This paper studies the selection of reasonable load forecasting indicators for various types of land-use nature load units,and finally determines the load density indicators for each type of land-use nature load units and unit building area load density indicators.Further improving the accuracy of load forecasting in urban planning provides a strong basis for power grid planning and construction,which is of greatsignificance for the planning,construction and development of Xiamen urban power grid.Finally,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the planning of medium-voltage distribution network in Tong’an old city area of Xiamen,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the application process of load density index method based on data in urban medium-voltage distribution network planning.
