With the development of the times, the urban villages are gradually being taken seriously. It is no longer the same as the "slums" in the West, nor is it necessarily the same as the image of dirty and disorderly. In the process of the development of urban villages, how to develop and utilize the final land capital becomes the survival dependence of the landless peasants. Therefore, the phenomenon of disorderly illegal land occupation in urban villages is very common, and it is often regarded by scholars as the counterattack of urban villages on urban development and the uncontrollable direction of development.Taking Malong Society in Huli District of Xiamen City as an example, this study explains the process of land use and spatial change of urban villages through field investigation and theoretical research, and provides some guidance for urban integration of urban villages into urban space publicity in the process of urban development. The study analyzed the rules of the process of occupying land in urban villages, and found that it was feasible to improve the spatial quality of urban villages by establishing the rules of occupying land.Land occupation and land concession are not two completely separated acts, land occupation is not the only way to profit, land concession is also another form of profit, that is,public welfare of community private interests. As long as the urban villages are willing to establish the publicity of "house",it can also become the pride of urban space. It is possible for the land use to gradually form the attribute of publicity. Therefore, the importance of village collective selfconstruction should be affirmed. Therefore,a series of studies on the process of land occupation and land concession of urban villages can help us understand the recognition of land rights better, and play a guiding role in their autonomous and orderly spatial development.
