| With the continuous change of the information age,complex information systems play an important role in various industries,especially in national defense security,enterprise management,industrial production,Internet of Things and other fields.As a medium connecting users and systems,the digital interface design of complex information systems directly affects the performance of complex information systems.However,the application scenarios and internal organization of complex information systems are becoming more and more large and complex,which directly brings troubles to the interface design of complex information systems.At the same time,some new concepts have emerged in the field of service design,which show appropriate advancement in solving systemic problems.Based on these two points,this paper integrates,deduces and innovates the advanced concepts and methodologies of service design to solve the complex problems in the interface design of complex information systems.Based on the concept of service design,a new interface design method of complex information systems is proposed.Firstly,this paper studies the attributes and characteristics of complex information systems,and summarizes the complexity of complex information systems.On this basis,combined with interface design theory,the complexity mechanism of complex information system interface design is discussed.Then,from three aspects of "scene and user role complexity","task complexity" and "information and interaction complexity",the complexity representation in complex information system interface design is studied and elaborated.Secondly,based on the characteristics of interface design,this paper studies the process of service design,service design tools and service design contacts.The method of solving the key points of complex information system interface design is positioned on the system-map,service blueprint and contact concept.Through deductive improvement of system diagram method,it is used to solve the problem of scene and user diversity;comparing service blueprint method with existing task analysis method,it discusses the advanced nature of service blueprint method and applies it to solve the problem of task complexity;using contact point concept,it deconstructs and reconstructs the elements of information design to solve the problem of information and interaction complexity.Finally,combined with the process of interface design,the design method of complex information system interface based on the concept of service design is proposed.Taking the joint command and operation system as an example,the design practice is carried out,and the feasibility of the above method is demonstrated.This research innovates the advanced concepts and methodology in the field of service design,and effectively solves the complexity of the interface design of complex information systems by using it in the interface design of complex information systems.A new interface design method is proposed,which provides a new idea for the future interface design of complex information systems. |
