Nowadays,the industrial construction waste is increasing every time.As an economic and environmental protection building material,recycled concrete has been paid more and more attention.With the old brick structure gradually withdraw from the stage of history,it left a large number of construction waste concrete and broken bricks.Low strength recycled brick concrete wall beam,as its name,is a combination of recycled concrete wall which used the broken bricks as coarse aggregate and ordinary concrete joist.It not only meets the needs of the large space in the bottom of the masonry structure,but also can be more effective than the traditional brick wall.Because both of the materials of the wall ang the joist are concrete.There is more commonality between them under the load they will also have a better ability to coordinate deformation.The mechanical properties will also be improved.Base on The low strength recycled brick concrete wall beam Bending performance to testt he high span ratio at 0.4,0.5,0.6 of three low strength recycled brick concrete wall beams were analyzed by the ANSYS nonlinear finite element simulation to verify the correctness of the model,and a high span ratio of 0.3 and 0.7 was made to study with the high span ratio of low strength concrete beams with recycled brick wall's changes and rules.Based on the analysis of the vertical stress in the specimen with different height span ratio,summarize the variation law of vertical compression zone height and arch height.Study on the vertical stress distribution in the same section at the height of the wall with different proportions of the same component,Study on the vertical stress of the high proportion of the same height proportion of the wall with different ratios summarize there stress distribution law,finally,Analysis of different high span ratio of recycled brick concrete wall beam beam longitudinal reinforcement stress observe the stress distribution,Summarize its change law.The results show that:(1)The simulation results of ANSYS finite element software can be used to simulate the ultimate bearing capacity and crack form of the experiment,it shows that the model is reasonable and nonlinear finite element simulation of low strength concrete recycled brick wall beam is feasible.(2)The vertical compressive stress of the same component increases with the increase of the height of the wall.With the increase of the ratio of span to height,the growth trend becomes slow.The height of vertical compression zone and the height of arch increase with the increase of height span ratio,but decrease gradually.(3)Vertical stress on the horizontal section of the wall with different proportions,the stress distribution tends to be gentle with the increase of height.Vertical stress of members with different span ratios on the same ratio of the wall height,with the increase of height span ratio,The stress distribution is more uniform.
