Study On The Renewal Strategie Of Old Urban Areas Under The Concept Of "Ecological Restoration And Urban Renovation"

After the reform and opening up in the past more than 40 years,China's urban construction has undergone tremendous changes.At the same time,it also brings many urban problems,such as the destruction of urban ecosystems,the lack of public space,the intensification of traffic congestion,urban style disorders and so on.How to solve these problems gradually,“city betterment and ecological restoration "concept for China's urban construction pointed out the direction.In 2015,Sanya was listed as the first "urban double repair" pilot City by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-rural construction,emphasizing the issue-oriented,focusing on solving the general problems facing our cities at the present stage,advocating the harmonious coexistence of artificial built environment and natural environment.At present,the theoretical research and practice of “city betterment and ecological restoration " is still in the beginning and exploration stage.This paper selects Yanan three mountains and two rivers,which is located in the intersection of three mountains and two rivers,has a long history and culture and faces the improvement of comprehensive environment as the research carrier,and has a deep understanding of the humanities history and renovation work of the area through a large number of field research and the participation of the “city betterment and ecological restoration " project.This paper first combs the concept of "urban double repair" and establishes the framework basis for the analysis of "ecological restoration" and "urban repair" respectively.After a deep understanding of the urban background of Yan ' An,this paper analyzes the natural environment elements of three mountains and two rivers,and summarizes them from three angles of three body repair,water body finishing and ecological green space construction,and carries out "ecological restoration".Then the paper analyzes the building environment elements,analyzes the urban space and texture,the architectural interface and the street space,the road traffic and the public space of the three mountains and two rivers,and gives the suggestion of “city betterment and ecological restoration ".Further,this paper expounds the design process and design results of "urban double repair" in three mountains and two rivers.This paper systematically studies and nozzle the elements of urban renewal from the perspective of "urban double repair",and implements them in the actual design of the area,and probes into the problems generally faced by cities in China at present,and puts forward the ideas and design methods,which can provide some reference for the work of “city betterment and ecological restoration " in other cities in China.
