The Landscape Planning And Design Of Yongning River Park Based On The Theory Of "Urban Repairs"

Throughout all times and all countries,cities and towns will begin to change their development mode from incremental planning to inventory planning.Which means to promote the function optimization of built-up areas through new methods.China has already entered the middle-late stage of urbanization,in that case,the city betterment and ecological restoration theory has been proposed by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development as a method to transform the mode and achieve effective governance.It has been pointed out that this theory is an important endeavor to improve the living environment and make up for urban defects.This theory is the fundamental way to solve the problem of urbanization in China,and it is of great significance to the improvement of human settlements.As a typical county-level park,the study of the Yongning River has extensive implications under the background of the integration of urban and rural areas.In which we need to think about how to coordinate the relationship between the urban and rural areas,how to inherit the local culture and how to build an ecological green town,etc.The Yongning River Park in Huaining County,Anqing City implements the “ecological restoration and urban renovation” policy in the urban areas through the restoration of the physical environment and the restoration of the humanistic environment.It is expected to provide a new method for related design and planning.This paper conducted the application of “ecological restoration and urban renovation” theory mainly from four aspects.Firstly,throughout various cases from all times and all countries,the theoretical background and related theories of " ecological restoration and urban renovation " are summarized.Then the urban landscape design strategy has been proposed for the river parks under the guidance the " ecological restoration and urban renovation ",which means to restore the physical environment and the restoration of humanistic ecology.Afterwards,the specific methods and systems for landscape planning and design of urban river parks were constructed through five practical ways: spatial pattern restoration,infrastructure restoration,meeting residents' needs,restoration of ecological environment,and restoration of historical culture.Finally,combined with the design of the project Yongning River Park in Huaining County,the project was designed as a practical example of the application of "ecological restoration and urban renovation" theory.Through the restoration of the physical environment and the rehabilitation of the humanities and ecology,the "ecological restoration and urban renovation" were specifically implemented in river landscapes in small towns.In the application of the medium and then from the five aspects of the spatial pattern,infrastructure repair,residents' needs,ecological environment,and history and culture,the practical feasibility of the method system is discussed in detail and relevant laws are summed up.In practice,we found some problems in practice,such as the variety of riverbanks,the specific design and construction of local conditions,and so on.In turn,we continued to repair and enrich the system of "ecological restoration and urban renovation" concepts.
