With the development of Chineses economy,more and more people try to achieve the life with higher quality and enjoyment,People give higher expectations on the ride comfort,handling stability and driving safety of motorcycles.The traditional double tube hydraulic shock absorber has many problems,such as poor stability damping force,poor heat dissipation and difficulty to establish high-speed damping force,It is unable to meet the requirements of high performance motorcycles.Although the traditional mono-tube pneumatic shock absorber meets the requirements of high performance,its structure is complex and its manufacturing cost is high.In order to meet the needs of the market,this paper developed a mono-tube pneumatic shock absorber to achieve high performance and low cost shock absorber development.The main work is as follows:(1)Complete the structure setting of the mono-tube pneumatic shock absorber,internal structure design of damper,analyzing the principle of the oil flow in damper and the change of the different pressure when the shock absorber is recovered and compressed.(2)Calculate the reasonable spring stiffness and damping force with leverage ratio and damping ratio of shock absorber.Set up reasonable combination structure of piston and valve.(3)Complete the design of main parts of shock absorber.Analyze the key contents of parts design.Complete the development,manufacturing,inspection and test of parts,and confirm whether the parts meet the design requirements.(4)Complete the manufacture and assembly of shock absorber,Debug and analyze the damping force performance of shock absorber.Reach the target value of damping force of 2 / 3 power damping characteristic curve.Confirm the damping force stability of shock absorber by small batch test.The development results provide certain technical support and practical operation guidance for the development of single cylinder inflatable shock absorber,which has certain engineering application value.
