| Inclination sensor is an instrument that measures the horizontal angle of the structure. It is widely used in bridge construction, railway laying and so on,whereas it is rarely applied in subway tunnel deflection monitoring.Compared with other deflection measurement methods, the inclination sensor has its own advantages. The main research topics are as follows:(1)The author briefly described the relevant deflection measurement methods and made comparison among them. The researcher analyzed the disadvantages of inclination sensor in foundation pit inclination measurement, aiming to indicate the creativity of inclination sensor in tunnel application and obtain the feasibility of using inclination sensor to measure tunnel deflection.(2)The deflection measurement principle of inclination sensor was clearly elucidated by the researcher. The author tried to study two errors in using inclination sensor: segment error and angular error.Considering that the measured values of the sensor accord with the normal distribution, the researcher evaluated the uncertainty of the inclination sensor measurement by using Monte Carlo Method.Through experimental designs in laboratory and practical case analyses, the way of how to decide the arrangement quantity and accuracy of the inclination sensor was found;segment error, angular error and the actual economy efficiency were also taken into consideration simultaneously.(3)The finite element analysis model of subway tunnel was established and the theoretical deflection value of relevant points were also secured;with Mat-lab,the researcher also obtained the deflection curve by polynomial fitting. The author found out the theoretical layout scheme of the sensor through the analysis of segment error and angular error. Finally, the inclination sensor laying scheme was confirmed and on-site implementation was successfully carried out.(4)Through static and dynamic test designs, the relationship between static deflection and dynamic deflection of the structure was analyzed by the researcher to verify the reliability of the acquired inclination sensor data. The author analyzed the principle of software synchronization and hardware synchronization for inclination sensor data as well. The data acquisition system was also designed to collect the remote and real-time inclination sensor data.(5)The author endeavored to analyze the real-time data of the field station instrument and the inclination sensor. After making comparison, the researcher noticed that the two measured deflection curves were the same as the theoretical one, which indicates that using inclination sensor in tunnel deflection measurement is viable and that the inclination sensor can realize real-time monitoring of the structure. In this paper, the author used inclination sensor to measure the deflection of subway tunnels. This method was designed to analyze the error of theoretical data by using segmented superposition and Monte Carlo Method,to obtain the on-site layout scheme,to achieve synchronous data acquisition through the hardware of inclination sensor, and to find out the static deflection of the structure. This theoretical analysis, supported by experiments,is of great significance to the final measurement results. In short, the inclination sensor was used to measure the deflection of subway tunnels by the researcher and it provides references for similar projects, which is of great and practical importance in the field of engineering. |
