With the development of modern science and technology, more and more scientists and engineers pay more attention to health monitoring of bridge structures. It has great influence on people's lives and properties. Therefore, it is an important guarantee of safe working carry out safety monitoring and scientific management to for it. Bridge deflection testing is very important in bridge measurement, and it is an important index for bridge safety evaluation. In order to detect whether the bridge structure has mutation or abnormality, multipoint synchronous deflection is quite necessary. QY inclinometer measurement has many advantages which other deflection measurements do not have, such as multipoint synchronous monitoring, high precision, wide adaptation, small environmental interference, wide adaptation and high ratio of performance to cost. Therefore, my article makes use of the QY inclinometer to measure the bridge deflection and comprises three parts.Firstly,reviewing the bridge deflection measurement of the study's situation and the latest progress of today in domestic and overseas.my paper introduces that the common method of the bridge deflection today, such as the dial gauge deflection measurement, the precise water level deflection measurement, the total station deflection, the advantage and disadvantage are analyzed and the using limits are introduced.Base on these methods,the author introduces study's target in the paper in particular ,which is the QY inclinometer,and introduces the peculiar advantage and using.Secondly, the author introduces theoretical analysis and method of the QY inclinometer at present, which has two methods of measuring the bridge deflection. What's more, the author h analyzes their advantages and disadvantages. Base on these methods, the author introduces study's target in the paper in particular, which is the rational cubic spline function.Meaking use of the konwing inclinations, and getting the total bridge's deflection of control equation group, solving the equation group and getting the total bridge's deflection curve.Lastly, treating measurable point site and quantity simply.Thirdly, in order to confirm the feasibility of the rational cubic spline function, the author put to use the software of the MATLAB to code program, analyzing and calculating a number of the bridges' deflection in static test and dynamic test; what's more, the author make use of the famous software of ANSYS, which sets up the model and gets the relevant results.. Through these calculating results to analyze by comparison, the method is introduced, which the rational cubic spline function on bridge deflection measuring is upper reliability.As a result,the author introduces the rational cubic spline function, knowing the several inclinations and getting the method of the deflection, which has many advantages, such as, high precision ,wide adaptation and a little of amount of work, and so on. The new method overflows the old method's disadvantage; the method has the good application value regarding the large and middle bridge's health monitor.
