With the widespread use of the Internet and big data technologies,monitoring and managing household energy consumption information can monitor the running status of the power equipment and sense the user's electricity habits through the energy metering device in the smart home system.This paper studies and designs a set of intelligent energy metering system,utilizes a dedicated energy metering chip for energy metering and designs an energy information management system based on the Internet of Things(IoT).Firstly,this paper introduces the definition of electric energy parameters and determines the acquisition target of the energy metering device.On this basis,the calculation method of electric energy parameters is proposed.Through discrete sampling and analog-to-digital conversion,the integral algorithm can accurately calculate the electric energy parameter value.Through the improvement of the dot product algorithm and the harmonic analysis algorithm,the accuracy of the energy metering algorithm can be improved.This paper introduces the hardware design and software design of the energy metering device in detail.Firstly,according to the energy metering design requirements,the overall hardware design scheme is clarified.Then the corresponding microprocessor circuit,energy metering module circuit and wireless communication module circuit are designed,which finally forms the hardware system of the energy metering device.The software design of the energy metering device is completed based on the hardware of the energy metering device,and the software can accurately collect and calculate the energy information,and encode the calculated energy information into the MQTT message to send to the server.Finally,this paper introduces a cloud energy information management system.The management system is deployed on the cloud server through Docker container technology.The management system deploys the MQTT server based on the EMQ open source project to process the MQTT message,and develops the energy information webpage management program based on the Meteor architecture to achieve the visual display of the energy information.Finally,based on the machine learning method,the collected energy information data is analyzed to achieve anomaly detection of energy information.The energy information management system realizes the display and analysis function of energy information,and can play an effective monitoring role on the operating state of the electric equipment.
