With the development demand of green low carbon economy,new energy sources has been widely used.The new urbanization construction promotes the popularization and application of distributed power,and promotes the construction of smart grid.A large amount of distributed power access to the micro grid,which improves the reliability and security of the power grid,reducing energy loss in power transmission.In order to encourage the development of renewable energy,the nation provides financial subsidies for distributed power generation,at the same time,the behavior of sale and using electricity,making the traditional electric meter difficult to meet the requirements of bidirectional independent metering.In order to realize the bidirectional interactive response on the user side micro-grid,the metering terminal should also be able to realize the home micro-grid energy efficiency management.Based on the actual demand of the national high technology research and development project,this paper designs a bidirectional metering device.This paper first analyzes the function requirements of bidirectional metering device in the micro-grid demonstration project,and researches the measurement requirements of different micro-grid.Then,according to the requirement of the technical specification,designs the hardware scheme of bidirectional metering device.Secondly,the FreeRTOS operating system be transplanted on the STM32 platform,and the software design of the metering device is programed.The bidirectional metering,the time-division multiple tariff rate,the energy efficiency management and the function of bidirectional communication are highlighted,and carries out the calibration and accuracy testing of the device.After that,propose an electrical pricing model based on the distributed power quality,which provides an example for the future power market.Finally,considering different micro-grid structure,combining with the property and operating model of distributed power,analyzed the measurement model.
