At present,most automobile manufacturers choose to perform the deviation test in the process of vehicle rolls from the line.Compared with other detection methods,the online deviation test system is developed with high precision of laser ranging,fast response and good reliability,which can realize fast and high-precision detection of vehicle deviation.It is of great significance to improve the reliability of the Laser Ranging Vehicle Driving Deviation Test System and to improve the quality of the test system,reduce the total cost of the system,and improve the economic benefits of the enterprise.The test system mainly includes four parts: wireless communication module,data acquisition and transmission module,upper computer module and auxiliary equipment.Each module realizes corresponding functions by component combination.During the use of the system,various failure modes may occur,and the degree of influence varies.In severe cases,the test results cannot be used,and the system may not work properly.The failure analysis and reliability improvement of the test system are the main research contents of the thesis.FMECA and FTA are commonly used methods in reliability analysis.The combination of the two can complement each other and complement each other,making the analysis more comprehensive.FMECA analysis uses hardware analysis method,through the way of uplink reasoning,first divides the agreement level,determines all potential failure modes,formulates the FMEA table of key components,divides the fault level for each failure mode,and gives a clear detection method.And compensation measures.The risk-priority RPN value is used to calculate and analyze the risk model of the failure mode to identify key components and important failure modes.In the FTA analysis,the workflow and steps are introduced.The Bayesian network method can optimize the structure and parameters of the fault tree.The combination of the two methods can improve the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the reliability study,and then adopt the downlink method.And the method of diagnostic reasoning,using the inexact reasoning algorithm to quantitatively analyze the Bayesian network of the test system,and calculate the importance of the bottom event structure,and analyze the modules and components with large probability of failure.Finally,the scheme of reliability improvement of test system is introduced.Based on fault analysis and evaluation,the reliability improvement research is carried out by using fault-tolerant technology.The feasibility and rationality of the method are verified by the calculation of fault data and the statistics of actual vehicle test results.The results show that the reliability of the system is improved,the technical indicators meet the production needs of the enterprise,and the probability of failure occurs,and the maintenance plan of the system is given.
