Study On The Resilience Evaluation And The Improvement Strategy Of Urban Disasters

With the increasingly severe global climate change and the acceleration of urbanization,many cities have suffered from urban problems of varying degrees.Among them,urban disasters are a major component of urban problems,seriously affecting the ecological and social development of cities,and will also give cities Bringing huge losses,urban disasters have become one of the practical problems that constrain urbanization development and sustainable urban development.Making a city more resilient has become a new way to deal with urban disasters and achieve sustainable urban development.Studying the toughness of disasters in cities can not only improve the resilience of cities to cope with internal disasters,but also reduce disaster losses.It can also provide scientific decision-making for disaster prevention and mitigation,and is conducive to the sustainable development of cities.Based on the relevant literature research and combing and summarizing,this paper takes the cities of Henan Province as the research area,and summarizes the situation of urban defamation in Henan Province.Based on the availability of the index data,the indicators are selected from the Henan Statistical Yearbook.Combined with the research method,the index system of urban disaster disaster resilience evaluation was constructed,and the toughness level of urban disasters in various cities of Henan Province was analyzed.Finally,the strategy of urban disaster disaster resilience improvement in Henan Province was proposed.The research results mainly include the following aspects:(1)Based on relevant literature research,from the four aspects of society,economy,infrastructure and environment,extract 19 evaluation indicators such as the number of scientific and technical personnel,GDP,and drainage pipeline density,and construct the assessment of urban disasters in Henan Province.(2)Through the study of the toughness index of urban disasters in various cities of Henan Province,the average index of urban disasters and toughness index of the 18 prefecture-level cities in Henan Province is 0.340,and the city with the highest disaster toughness index in the city is Zhengzhou,with a toughness index of 0.753.The second index of resilience index is Luoyang City,with a resilience index of 0.418;the third is the Jiaozuo City with a resilience index,and the toughness index is 0.383;Xinyang City,Xinxiang City,Anyang City and Fuyang City are all followed by higher The toughness index and the toughness index were 0.360,0.357,0.344,and 0.341,respectively;the city’s urban disaster toughness index was the smallest,and the toughness index was 0.192.In the future study of disaster toughness in urban areas,special attention should be paid to the improvement of the disaster resilience in the cities of Shangqiu City.(3)Based on the evaluation results and analysis of the toughness and toughness of cities in various cities of Henan Province,it is possible to more intuitively see the weaknesses of the disasters and toughness of cities in various cities in Henan Province,from improving economic strength,strengthening infrastructure construction,and strengthening soft systems.In the aspect of building,strengthening ecological protection and environmental construction,and strengthening publicity and education on disaster prevention and mitigation,a targeted strategy for improving the resilience of disasters in urban areas of Henan Province was proposed.
