In the process of developing the motor control system,it is necessary to investigate the actual working conditions.The common laboratory uses the DC generator and energy consumption resistance as the load,the accuracy of this "false load" is very poor,it can not simulate the actual production load conditions,so the test results can not accurately reflect the actual working conditions of the system.Compared with other motors,permanent magnet synchronous machine(PMSM)has the advantages of high power factor,high efficiency,wide speed range and convenient maintenance.Therefore,this paper develops a load simulation system based on PMSM to fulfill the load requirements in motor control experiments.In the process of motor operation,there is a great possibility of various faults,which may endanger the motor and the whole drive control system.Therefore,it is very important to use the fault-tolerant control method to ensure the normal operation of the motor under the fault condition.In this paper,the fault-tolerant control strategy of PMSM drive system is studied for the high resistance connection(HRC)fault.This paper takes permanent magnet synchronous machine as the research object.Firstly,the mathematical model of PMSM under normal condition is established,the principle of load simulation is described,and the simulation of load simulation system is completed.The hardware and software design of PMSM control and load simulation system are completed,and the multi-functional shell is developed for PMSM control and load simulation system.The experimental platform is built.The simulation and experimental results show that the system have good performance;Secondly,the permanent magnet synchronous machine mathematical model under HRC fault is established,and the performance of traditional vector control strategy and fault tolerant control strategy is compared in four aspects of motor control performance,copper loss,different working points and transient process.The simulation and experimental results show that the fault-tolerant control strategy can effectively reduce the copper loss of the motor under the HRC fault.Finally,the paper summarizes the whole article,and makes a prospect for further exploration in the future.
