With the wide use of urban gas,the laying of gas pipeline has basically covered the underground area of the whole city,and the pipeline construction is still in the infinite extension and expansion stage.With the proposal of a safe society,as one of the urban lifeline projects,the gas pipeline has become the most important safety problem.Based on the investigation of the existing gas pipeline accident management and risk analysis,it is found that the existing analysis template and related analysis model still have a lot of deficiencies in the analysis of the cause of the accident.Therefore,it is of great significance to establish a standardized study on the main causes of gas pipeline accidents,analyze the causes of gas pipeline accidents in cities and towns in order to analyze the main causes,screen the main causes and establish a feasible early warning model of pipeline failure,so as to protect the gas pipeline in cities and towns to a certain extent and avoid the occurrence of gas pipeline accidents in cities and towns as much as possible.First of all,this paper studies the current situation of the application of urban gas pipeline,analyzes the main reasons for the frequent occurrence of urban gas pipeline accidents.Based on the investigation and analysis of the existing theory of urban gas pipeline accidents,this paper summarizes the characteristics and classification standards of gas pipeline accidents,and clarifies the main purpose of the accident cause research The direction of the research on the causes of the projection planning.To sort out the existing accident cause framework for reference.In this paper,the concept of the cause factor set of urban gas pipeline accidents is defined,the bow tie model is selected as the framework and the main cause identification method is used to complete the analysis process of the main cause of urban gas pipeline accidents.Through the above analysis process,the cause factors of gas pipeline accidents are quantified and screened.The effective index system of urban gas pipeline accident causes is established based on the selected effective index,and the factors are divided to build contingency table,and the system model is optimized to improve the accuracy of subsequent analysis.The main cause of pipeline accident is analyzed by principal component analysis(PCA),and a typical case is added to explain the above method.Based on the analysis of the main causes of frequent accidents of urban gas pipeline and the early warning model of pipeline failure,the safety risk database of gas pipeline network is established.Through the investigation and arrangement of the data of a gas company,the internal data and external data are extracted,the data are selected,cleaned and preprocessed,the failure early warning model is defined,and the internal and external data are analyzed electronically The model application of corrosion leakage and third-party damage is explained.Collect the latest year's new data into the designed failure early warning model,and verify whether the recall rate and accuracy rate meet the requirements of relevant technical indicators.
