Research On Architectural Design Of Large-scale General Hospital Physical Examination Center

In recent years,our health awareness has gradually increased,from the previous “ill medical treatment” to “active prevention”,thus increasing the demand for health examinations.The public hospital medical examination center is responsible for 80% of the national medical examination,but because the medical examination center in the hospital is generally not within the scope of the hospital’s key departments,the hospital does not pay enough attention to it,and the planning and construction lack scientific and reasonable planning,resulting in the layout of the medical examination center in the hospital.Unreasonable,physical examination flow line crossing with patient treatment flow line,unreasonable arrangement of the internal division of the medical examination center,flow line,examination room,can not meet the expectations and needs of the public,urgently need to give targeted design guidance to the public hospital medical examination center.This article takes the large general hospital physical examination center as the research object,through the basic investigation of the case,analyzes and summarizes the problems of the physical examination center’s location layout and internal functional zoning,functional room arrangement and streamline design,and further targets the large general hospital physical examination The existing problems in the center provide reasonable design guidance,and guide the scientific planning and rational design of the physical examination center.The article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is an introduction.It analyzes the domestic medical examination market development and demand analysis,compares the advantages and disadvantages of hospital medical examination centers and private three-dimensional examination institutions,and summarizes the opportunities and challenges of the development of hospital medical examination centers.Sort out the current research on the architectural design of the medical examination center,determine the research scope of this article-the large comprehensive hospital medical examination center,and formulate the research method and research framework;Chapter 2 outlines the large-scale general hospital medical examination center internal use crowd,behavior and use process,Summarizes the current layout of the medical examination center and relevant content of the architectural design;Chapter 3 shows the typical investigation case,on-site investigation of the medical examination centers of 16 large general hospitals,and selects Peking University First Hospital and Beijing First Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital Carry out detailed analysis with the physical examination center of Beijing Aviation General Hospital,and summarize the common problems in the investigation case from the overall planning and architectural design,and provide guidance directions for the design guidance below;Chapter IV summarizes the investigation problems and proposes specific large-scale Design of physical examination center of general hospital Guide,including pre-planning,master planning and architectural design in three aspects.
