The Research Of The Liyuan Shaw's Family And Its Chunfu Garden In T'ai-ho Country,Kiangsi

On the occasion of the change of Ming and Qing Dynasties,LiyuanShaw's last two outstanding men,Shiwei Shaw and Bosheng Shaw's life went through the ups and the downs.The garden named Chunfu built by Shiwei also has experienced from prosperity to decline along with their life contrail.Until Revolt of the Three Feudatories in Kangxi's reign,Chunfu Garden fell into decay.Regarding Chunfu Garden as the clue,I try to explore Shaw's uncle's and nephew's changes in their life and the family vicissitudes of LiyuanShaw.The text is four parts,the first part is Shaw's historical origin in T'ai-ho country and the family reproduction of LiyuanShaw,I'm going to introduce stories about their ancestors.What's more,I will relate their prosperity in imperial examinations from Ming Dynasty and analyse the influence on the development of descendants.The second part mainly investigates Shiwei and Bosheng's lifetime including their official experience,and I am going to explore the reason of Bosheng's death.The third part's study object is Chunfu Garden in T'ai-ho country during the Ming Dynasty,including the construction and scenery of Chunfu Garden firstly,then explore Shiwei Shaw's life in the garden through his own diaries.The forth part is Shiwei and Bosheng's feeling about Chunfu Garden in late Ming and early Qing Dynasty.This part mainly concentrates on combing their circle of friends and looking back the lost days in early Qing Dynasty around the garden.However,some locals rebuild Chunfu Garden firstly,which leads the cultural department to start its research today.Chunfu Garden will have dual role as the local cultural relic and tourist attraction.
