| With the rapid development of modern manufacturing technology,all walks of life pay more and more attention to the surface quality of parts,and put forward higher requirements on the surface roughness,mechanical properties and surface integrity of parts.Rotational symmetric structural parts are more and more widely used in production and life,and play a pivotal role in many key fields.The surface quality is often an important evaluation index of this kind of rotational symmetric structural parts,which seriously affects the mechanical performance of the parts.Part of the rotating symmetrical structure parts because of its often complex structure surface,thin wall,low stiffness and other characteristics,the use of traditional machining methods to polish or polishing effect is difficult to meet the needs,so in production practice often use manual grinding method for polishing,efficiency is very low.In order to solve this technical difficulty,this paper takes two typical rotating symmetric structural parts as examples to carry out the experimental research of surface finishing with vibration finishing technology,so as to find the finishing process scheme of this kind of parts with high efficiency,high quality and low cost for polishing and deburring.Super smooth surface processing requirements for thin-wall revolving parts and micro rotary fins parts more tiny slit burr is difficult to remove,studies the application of vibratory finishing processing principle,the paper analyzes the factors which influence the effect of processing and process parameter,this paper discusses the vibration finishing machining process feasibility of this type of rotational symmetry structure parts,by finishing processing technology parameter test,find out the key process parameters of finishing processing results,for the development of such parts finishing processing technology route and scheme provides a reliable experimental data and basis.The research results show that the vibration finishing processing technology,polishing with rotational symmetry structure of small and medium-sized parts and micro rotary fins parts effect more apparent,can effectively remove oxide coating,surface defect layer and tiny slit in the burr,flash,effectively reduce the surface roughness,improve physical and mechanical properties of parts surface,improve the surface integrity.In view of the vibration of the thin-wall revolving parts finishing processing,studies the important parameters on the result of processing and regularity,successfully developed a kind of high efficiency,low cost,good surface quality,environmental pollution-free the family processing scheme,at the same time,in view of the micro rotary fins deburring parts to find a high quality and efficient processing solution. |
