With the development of modern gears towards high-speed and heavy-load,higher requirements to the vibration noise of gear system were put forward.In the process of relative sliding,the tooth surface is easy to produce self-excited vibration,which is closely related to the meshing quality and lubrication characteristics,and the gear surface integrity parameter is the representation of the direct engagement of the gear tooth surface.Thus,research of gear surface integrity parameters has a practical significance influence for the gear system.Based on the M-B fractal contact model,the gear contact stiffness was calculated precisely;The lubrication characteristics of rough tooth surface were analyzed,which was based on the mixed-EHL;In the end,the comparative test of gears system with different geometrical parameters of surface integrity was carried out The main contents of the dissertation are:(1)Based on the M-B fractal contact model,the fractal model of normal contact stiffness of gears was established by considering the contact coefficient of cylindrical surface.The simulation results show that the influence of different tooth surface roughness on the normal contact stiffness.(2)According to the EHL theory,`the line contact mixed-EHL model of involute spur gears was set up,which considered the tooth surface roughness.By using the sine function simulation of the gear rough surface,the simulation concluded: When the roughness amplitude reduced,the average oil film thickness decreases oil film stiffness increased,the oil film pressure amplitude decreased,which improved the lubrication state of gear;When the roughness wavelength reduced,the oil film damping ratio increased.(3)Measuring the surface integrity’s geometric parameters of gear after the vibratory finishing processing,the results show that the surface roughness value was significantly lower than the non-vibratory finishing processing;The contrast test of the vibratory and non-vibratory gears was on the bench and the results showed that the gears after the vibratory finishing had the lower vibration amplitude and the vibratory finishing gears can improve the dynamic characteristics of gear system.
