With the development of foundation engineering construction, geotechnical anchoring technology is applied more and more widely in actual geotechnical, its scope of application is related mine fields, the tunnel, the slope, the dam, underground engineering etc. As an emerging bolt, the disc anchor can improve anchor perfonnance largely, but further research is needed to achieve the best match between the strength of the plate and surrounding rock.In this paper, starting from the the disc anchor concrete anchor plate in strength tests, combined with numerical simulation and theoretical analysis, and focusing on exploring its anchoring and failure mechanism, I make research in practical engineering reinforcement method, specifically from the following aspects:1. According to experimental research on pisolite anchor plate mechanical properties and carrying capacity,I mainly test particle size distribution, water-cement ratio, the size of the test block, anchor thorniness, curing period, and admixtures on the strength of concrete anchor plate,thus provides a basis for decision making for site construction.2. Based on the numerical simulation results and Mindlin empirical formula, I establish calculation method of the disc bolt stress and strain at any point, explore the disc bolt anchoring law, identify the similarities and differences of the ordinary bolt and the disc bolt anchoring mechanism, provide a basis for engineering design.3. According to the test study which reveals the failure mode of the disc bolt and classical theory,I establish calculation method of ultimate drawing force.4. Based on influencing factors such as the anchor plate and the surrounding rock, I analyze the anchor drilling diameter, length and diameter of the rod, anchor plate spacing, the diameter of the anchor plate and other factors systematically,Obtain disc bolt optimal matching and construction design parameters.In sum, the paper is based on the indoor test, exploring the influencing factors of the strength of the disc bolt anchor plate and failure mechanism of the anchoring section.especially exploring the stress and strain law, the ultimate drawing force influenced on anchoring bolt.grout and rock mass parameters.and the strength of the concrete anchor plate effect factors and failure mode.analysis its features based on numerical analysis methods.then establish the corresponding calculation method, summarize the reliability of the disc bolt in reinforcing engineering.
