In recent years,in order to satisfy the people’s yearning for a better life,to facilitate travel,and to stimulate domestic demand to promote the further growth of the national economy,China’s road construction is in a period of rapid developme nt.As the iconic road of the city,the viaduct has developed rapidly.How to reduce the impact on existing traffic,and build a viaduct,a fast and good bridge,has become an urgent problem to be solved.Mold works as the construction industry to improve the efficiency of construction,the main way to reduce construction costs,increasingly attention.Therefore,this paper relies on the actual project of Changsha Huanghua Airport Avenue Project to study the application of the new formwork system in the rapid construction of urban viaducts.Firstly,through extensive review of the application and research status of mold base engineering at home and abroad,on the basis of clarifying the new mold base system of the paper,the mold base system is based on the "wood-plastic formworksupporting keyway type steel pipe bracket" formwork system.And its stability analysis theory is elaborated.It is found that the new formwork system of “Wood-plastic formwork-supporting keyway type steel pipe bracket” has the advant ages of light and easy to install,green,environmentally friendly,safe and efficient,and cost-effective.The socket type keyway steel pipe bracket belongs to a semi-rigid steel frame with side shifting.It lays a theoretical foundation for the design an d stability analysis of the background engineering formwork system.Secondly,it analyzes the background engineering—the key construction difficulty of Changsha Huanghua International Airport Avenue Project,and combines the characteristics of the new formwork system of “Wood Plastic Formwork-Socket Type Keyway Steel Pipe Support” to design and carry out the temporary support system of Airport Avenue Project.The design of the temporary support system mainly includes the design and layout of the formwork system of “Wood-plastic formwork-insert keyway type steel pipe bracket”,the design and arrangement of the early-release quick release bracket system and the rapid preloading of the formwork system.Thirdly,based on the design and layout scheme of the socke t type keyway steel pipe bracket,the stability study of the bracket is carried out.Through the stability check,the whole frame test and the finite element simulation,the ultimate bearing capacity and the joint rotation stiffness of the socket type keyw ay steel tube bracket are measured.The correctness of the finite element model and the stability of the whole bracket are analyzed and verified.The application of the frame system can ensure construction safety and help rapid construction.Finally,the economic applicability of the new formwork system of “Wood-plastic formwork-insert keyway type steel pipe bracket” was analyzed.According to the average depreciation method and the case analysis method,the basic performance and economic applicability of various mold bases are classified and compared,and the excellent performance of the new formwork system is verified.From the aspect of economic benefits,it is further demonstrated that the application of the new formwork system can help realize the rapid construction of urban viaducts.
