Steel as a lightweight,high-strength,flexible modeling of building structures,in new buildings accounted for an increasingly large.At the same time,however,both steel structures have become increasingly aging over time,and the need for reinforcement and transformation is increasing.Bonded Steel Plates method is the more traditional method of reinforced concrete structure,reinforced concrete structure in comparison with other methods,it has a simple construction,without fire,low cost and other advantages.Applying the method of reinforcing steel plate to steel structure reinforcement can play a strong and strong joint role,so that social resources can be better distributed and create greater economic benefits.It is necessary to promote the application of the clad steel plate reinforcement method in the field of steel structure reinforcement,and the corresponding design and construction specifications are indispensable.Although the latest steel structure reinforcement design specification has been added to the bonded steel method,the interfacial bonding performance has not been explained.The existing research shows that the key point of the steel plate and the reinforced steel structure can work together is the bonding performance between the steel plate and the steel plate.The quality of the steel structure strengthened by the steel plate method is also closely related to the interface performance between the steel plate and the steel.It is necessary to conduct research on its interface performance.In this paper,the adhesion properties of the steel plate-section steel interface were studied by seven steel plate-section steel double shear tests with different thickness of the steel plate,the number of laminated steel plates and the width of the bonded steel plate.According to the failure process,failure mode and test data of the interface between steel plate and steel double shear test specimens,the influence of different variables on the bond performance of steel plateshaped steel interface was discussed.The surface strain of the bonded steel plate was presented along the length of the steel plate.The distribution of the gap is large,the distribution of the negative exponential function of the distal end,and the bond shear stress of the rubber layer are concentrated along the length of the bonded steel plate,and the distribution of the distal end is almost zero,and it is found in the test.The bonding stress of the test piece is concentrated on a certain length of the middle slit,and the length is the effective bonding length of the interface.Through the theoretical derivation,the calculation formula of the bond shear stress is proposed.It is theoretically verified that the bond shear stress of the rubber layer in the middle gap is much larger than that of the far end.It is based on the existing research.The calculation formula of the effective bond length and the interface ultimate bond strength of the steel-steel interface is obtained.The calculated results obtained by the formula agree well with the experimental results.It can provide basis and reference for the interface performance of steel structure strengthened by subsequent bonding steel method.Finally,with reference to the existing research and test results,the raw material control of the steel structure strengthened by the bonded steel method,the structural measures of the end,and the operation control of the reinforcement construction are discussed,and the factors affecting the quality of the bond performance of the steel-steel interface are discussed.Additional reference to the reinforcement design specification for subsequent research and specification improvement.
