The introduction of BIM technology into China has lasted for more than ten years,as an applied research technology,how to get rid of the narrow pattern of its simple software application,how to avoid the idea of BIM for quick success,how to make a broad and empty concept design fall on the ground,and how to let theory really guide practice to achieve social and economic value,it is the problem that this article has always followed and committed to solve in the research process.Traditional fire numerical simulations and evacuation simulations are often performed separately without considering the interaction between them,how to achieve the interaction of two simulation results,how to combine traditional analog technology with new technology,to improve efficienc y while getting more accurate simulation results is still a new field of research.Fire door as a great invention in the last century,it can block the spread of fire and smoke in fire effectively.But,in practical applications,normally open fire doors are fixed for a long time that cannot close by themselves after evacuation,it leads to the influx of smoke in the stairwell,and affect the evacuation of other floors seriously.Normally closed fire doors due to the installation of door closers are removed,leading to the normally closed fire doors are opened all the year round,so the function of the fire door cannot be realized.In response to above questions,this paper carried out the following research work:(1)Based on the theoretical study of numerical simulation of fire,to establish a bridge between BIM technology and Pyrosim simulation system through psm compatible format,and the fire numerical simulation based on BIM technology is realized.Comprehensive analysis of temperature,smoke height,toxic gas concentration,visibility and other simulation results through the Smokeview post processor and data integration analysis,the unreachable time(evacuation time)at each fire door can be obtained.Through the combination of technologies,while achieving information transfer and increasing efficiency,BIM technology has also broken through the limitation of theoretical applications and software applications.(2)Through basic research about evacuation behavior and simulation theory,integrating command streams such as Door and Stairs,the joint between rvt and pth format is opened,and the Pathfinder fire evacuati on simulation system based on BIM technology is realized.Determining personnel parameters according to relevant specifications,and selecting the most realistic Steering mode to complete the model correction.Comprehensive analysis of evacuation simulatio n results by Pathfinder-Office postprocessor and data analysis.At the same time,the theoretical formula of cluster flow theory is introduced,and the results are compared with the simulation results,to obtain the final evacuation time(required evacuati on time)at each fire door.Pathfinder simulation based on BIM technology provides some new ideas for the application of BIM technology while realizing multi-purpose.(3)Constructing a theoretical framework of fire door information management system through database,API information interaction,and functional level implementation.At the same time,using the previous simulation data information and ODBC to realize the interaction between IFC data system and fire door information database,to complete the integration and delivery of BIM model information.Through front-end fire alarm,mid-range BIM model database platform and remote device control system,first design of a new normally open fire door information management system.At the same time,for the problem of insufficient flexibility of mechanical control,a manual device is added to meet the unexpected situation.Based on the SOA theory,the new front-closed fire door management system is designed by the front-end DDC detection controller,the mid-end BIM model database platform and the remote device control system,at the same time,the information transmission and maintenance department complements the function.(4)Through the scalability analysis for Revit,and using the external application and compatible interface of the API interface,based on the Visual Studio 2015 platform,and using the C# language,OnStartup,OnShutsown type functions to complete the platform development for the concept design of the fire door system.At the same time,the function implementation is completed by using the Addins file and the Revit SDK toolkit.Through the development of main modules such as the fire door information management system Robbin interface,information management module,database management module,normally open fire door management module,normally closed fire door management module and tool management module,realizing the fire door information management system based on the frame design that adding a fire door system platform to the traditional Revit interface,and completing its functional test.Finally,the demonstration and evaluation of the system is carried out by considering the secondary simulation of the interaction of the two simulation results,and the functional effects and significance of the system are verified by the results of the second simulation.
