Internal combustion engine has a deep influence on modern automobile industry.As the main power equipment,it has played a great role in the development of society.Diesel engines have a large market in the medium and heavy-duty vehicles,due to their high thermal efficiency,large output power and high reliability.However,the diesel particulate emission has brought great harm to human living environment.The increasing strict emission regulations have promoted the development of diesel particulate emission control technology.As one of the effective devices of the particulate emission control technology,diesel particulate filters have been widely discussed and studied.Based on the National Natural Science foundation of China[51676066]”Research on Pd/graphene catalyzed rotary particle trap filter for microwave heating and heat-electron-electrochemical coupling optimization”,this paper used the numerical simulation method to analyze the continuous regeneration the field synergy analysis of the rotary particulate filter.The main innovations and major work are as follows:(1)A model of a rotary particulate filter was established and the air flow analysis of it was carried out The influences of the different turbulence models,different discrete formats and different pressure sender formats on the laws of the airflow velocity and pressure drop were obtained.(2)A microwave regeneration model of the filtration unit of the rotary DPF was established,which analyzed the influence of the volume ratio of the filter body filtration on the working performance.The effects of different structural parameters of the filtration unit on the continuous regeneration of the rotary particulate filter were obtained.(3)The field synergy mathematical model was established to analyze the microwave regeneration of the filtration unit by multi-field synergy theory.The synergies of the velocity field and the temperature field under different parameters were evaluated and studied.The results show that when the flow rate is 0.3m/s,and the microwave power is 500 w,the regeneration efficiency and the synergism of the filter unit begin to reach the optimal leve.
