| Facing the pressure of environment and energy,the development of hybrid vehicles can reduce emissions and protect the environment.In order to better reflect the performance of hybrid vehicles,the development of Dedicated Hybrid Transmission(DHT)is also extremely important.The Hydraulic Control Unit(HCU)is the core component of the hybrid automatic transmission.This performance not only directly affects the economy and power of the car,but affects the safety of the entire vehicle.China’s research and industrialization of automatic transmission HCU is still in its infancy,and most of its core technologies are monopolized by foreign companies.Therefore,its investment and development are of great significance to the development of automatic transmissions and hybrid vehicles in China.Based on the functional requirements and design requirements of a commercial vehicle hybrid automatic transmission,this paper designs the electro-hydraulic control system and lays a foundation for the forward development of the automatic transmission HCU.The main contents of the paper are as follows:1)This paper summarized the development status of commercial vehicle hybrid powertrain and its hydraulic control module,and puts forward the main work content of this paper;2)The transmission principle and working mode of the commercial vehicle dedicated hybrid transmission and its power transmission route were analyzed to determine the configuration of the hybrid powertrain system;3)Based on the functional requirements and design requirements of the dedicated hybrid transmission,the hydraulic principle diagram of the Hydraulic Control Unit was designed,and the solenoid valve was selected,the components such as the hydraulic valve core were designed in detail,and the UG was applied to the valve body and hydraulic control unit.The module assembly was modeled in three dimensions;4)The dynamic simulation model of hydraulic system was established by using LMS Imagine.Lab AMESim system dynamics software to study the influence of key parameters of Hydraulic Control Unit on system performance.5)Based on ICEM and FLUENT software,the typical flow path structure of the main valve body of the Hydraulic Control Unit was modeled and simulated,and the pressure loss of different structures was analyzed.6)The Hydraulic Control Unit was prototyped,and a comprehensive performance test bench was built to perform dynamic and static response tests. |
