With the depletion of fossil fuels,countries around the world are actively developing renewable energy.However,with the continuous penetration of renewable energy,the phenomenon of renewable energy abandonment has become increasingly prominent,and it has become one of the factors affecting the development of renewable energy.In particular,wind power and photovoltaic abandonment phenomenon is most serious in the northwest,north and northeast regions of China,and the thermal load of the “three north regions” during the winter heating period is huge.The thermal power unit “heat-set electricity” further reduces the acceptance of new energy.In order to improve the ability of the grid to accept new energy and reduce the depreciation rate of new energy,the research on the consumption scheme of clean energy such as wind power and photovoltaic has carried out in this paper.Firstly,it introduces the background and research significance of the research on new energy consumption,and introduces the main research directions of new energy consumption,and analyzes the research status at home and abroad.Secondly,the power supply such as wind power,photovoltaic,electric boiler,energy storage system and heat storage system are described in detail.A new energy consumption optimization model with the goal of minimizing new energy abandonment was established,and four new energy consumption schemes were proposed,and the related mathematical models and constraints of the model were established.The model was solved by the particle swarm optimization algorithm based on genetic crossover.Through the simulation analysis of the example,the analysis of the consumption effect of new energy under the four schemes is carried out.The analysis shows that the new energy consumption sch eme based on the heat storage tank & electric boiler and the new energy consumption scheme based on the battery energy storage & electric boiler can better absorb new energy and improve the ability of the power grid to accept new energy.Thirdly,a new energy consumption model with the lowest comprehensive cost of power generation system was established,taking into account the fuel cost of conventional units and thermoelectric units and the environmental treatment costs of pollutant emissions.The model is analyzed on the basis of the previous data.The same is compared with the economics of the four new energy consumption schemes.The analysis of the example shows that the new energy consumption scheme based on electric boiler & battery energy storage scheme has the lowest power generation cost for the system and the new energy consumption.The proportion is also the most.Therefore,the new energy consumption scheme based on electric boiler can better solve the phenomenon of new energy power generation and abandonment,and at the same time use the regulation of energy storage to reduce the power generation cost and regulation pressure of conventional units.Simultaneously,the national economic model of the new energy absorption scheme is established.Throu gh the analysis of the investment cost and economic benefits of the three schemes,the economic benefits of the heat storage combination mode of the third scheme and the energy storage combination mode of the fourth scheme are better in the investment cycl e.Compared with scheme 3,the national economy of scheme 4 is better,and the energy storage system can play a better role in the period of time,not just in the whole year's heating season.Therefore,the combined new energy absorption model of electric boiler and energy storage system has better ability to accept new energy and positive social benefits in the long run.Finally,the project of clean energy heating in Dunhuang City's clean energy heating project in the northwest region is introduced and analyzed from engineering overview,program design and engineering construction.The detailed description of the heat storage electric boiler heating scheme to eliminate the clean energy project construction.
