The security system of M739A1 fuze arming,inertial delay mechanism for abnormal ballistic environment triggering the possibility of ballistic projectile caused early burst,but the accident of lack of evidence and real measured data.The small size of the fuze mechanism,through experiment of shooting direct access to dynamic characteristics of fuze mechanism in the ballistic environment difficult,projectile attitude existing simulation device and it is difficult to accurately simulate the projectile angular motion,and cannot consider the role of air resistance.To carry out the research on the virtual experiment,can the visual simulation of fuze mechanism performance under given conditions,obtain the motion parameters in detail,and can effectively reduce the test cost,shorten the cycle of fault analysis,is a more feasible research method..Firstly,the working principle of M739A1 fuze inertia delay mechanism is analyzed,and the three-dimensional model and dynamic model of delay mechanism is established.Then according to the structure of 155 mm grenade parameters and ballistic environment parameters,mainly M739A1 overload of fuze inertia delay mechanism by calculating the exterior trajectory environment: nutation overload and creep force overload,the projectile nutation motions to a certain angle will cause the trigger delay mechanism.The structure principle of the existing projectile attitude simulation device is analyzed and its limitation is studied.According to the nutation period 155 mm grenade structure parameters and paper target method measured,projectile attitude simulation device for fast and slow speed calculation of circular circle.According to the structure principle of the projectile attitude simulation device,the dynamic model is established and parameterized.With the maximum limit delay mechanism under the nutation angle of nutation overload value were optimized for the nutation overload limit value parameters corresponding to the projectile attitude simulation device.According to the optimized structural parameters,the dynamic model with delay mechanism and the creeping force overload are established.Then the simulation analysis is carried out,and the motion law of the delay mechanism in exterior ballistic environment is obtained.
