| With the rapid development of aviation and aerospace vehicles,the adoption of new power electromechanical actuation technology featuring miniaturization,light weight,integration and intelligent technology has become the key to the development of new aircraft.In recent years,Silicon Carbide(SiC),as the representative of the third generation of wide bandgap power semiconductor materials,has the characteristics of high breakdown voltage,high thermal conductivity and high carrier saturation rate.Therefore,this paper proposes a scheme for constructing a motor drive system in an electromechanical actuator using SiC MOSFETs.Firstly,this paper studies the mechanism of phase-leg crosstalk generation,and establishes a crosstalk equivalent circuit model to analyze the factors affecting crosstalk voltage.Based on the mechanism of phase-leg crosstalk,this paper compares several phase-leg crosstalk suppression circuits.Based on the idea of active suppression circuit,the new continuous crosstalk suppression circuit is designed.Then this paper uses the LTspice software to simulate and verify the main crosstalk suppression circuits.It proves that the new autonomous crosstalk suppression circuit proposed in this paper has greater advantages.Then,in order to meet the requirements of intelligent motor drive system and high-frequency drive,this paper uses dual-core DSP chip as the main control chip.In the experimental software debugging process,the advantages of dual-core collaborative control are fully utilized,the control program is redistributed,and the control program of the new autonomous crosstalk suppression circuit is added.Finally,the paper designed three rounds of 5kW motor drive system prototype,and compared the different crosstalk suppression circuits to verify the advantages of the new autonomous crosstalk suppression circuit.Moreover,comparing the bus current of each system at different switching frequencies,which proves that with the increase of the switching frequency,the system efficiency is higher.Comparing the SiC MOSFET motor drive system with Si IGBT motor drive system,that also proves the SiC MOSFET motor drive system have higher efficiency. |
