Break through the traditional design method.The design theory,calculation method,structure technology and control technology of permanent magnet motor have been developed.Analytical method combining numerical calculation of field with analytic solution of equivalent magnetic circuit,computer aided analysis and design.The asynchronous starting permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has an integral core with starting winding or winding,which can realize self-starting and can operate on the network without the need for control system.Ansoft Maxwell is applied to the finite element analysis,optimization design and parameter characteristic analysis of asynchronous starting permanent magnet synchronous motor.The torque,magnetic line,back EMF and winding current of asynchronous starting permanent magnet synchronous motor with different rotor structures are compared,and a reasonable motor is designed.A 4-pole 15 kW asynchronous starting permanent magnet synchronous motor is designed.The performance calculation and finite element analysis are carried out by Ansoft finite element software.The design of LSPMSM is completed by RMXPRT motor module.The twodimensional model of LSPMSM was established by calculating the parameters.Cogging torque is the torque produced by the interaction between permanent magnet and iron core when the winding of permanent magnet motor is not charged.Auxiliary slots are slotted on the rotor to increase the number of slots.Reasonable selection of the number of auxiliary slots can weaken the cogging torque.The non-uniform air gap design method makes the air gap magnetic field waveform sinusoidal and reduces the torque ripple.The full-load operation analysis,no-load operation analysis,steady-state parameter analysis and transient parameter analysis of asynchronous starting permanent magnet synchronous motor are carried out,and the relevant data are obtained for theoretical study and research as a reference.
