An aerial work vehicle is a specialized vehicle used to carry people and work tools to a designated height for work.Miniaturization and lightweight are one of the development trends of aerial work vehicles.In the mini truck or pickup chassis,through the continuous optimization of the boom,higher working height and larger working range are realized,and the product performance and safety are improved.Industry research direction.The boom system is the most important working device of the aerial work vehicle.The boom system directly determines the safety and working performance of the work vehicle,and determines the advanced nature of the product to a certain extent.The boom structure must have sufficient strength to ensure the safety of personnel lifted to the air,while the boom structure must have sufficient rigidity to ensure smooth motion and reduce chattering.At present,there are fewer work vehicles using micro-cards or pickup chassis in domestically produced aerial work vehicles,because the design techniques and means of the current boom are relatively backward compared with international technology,and the safety calculation is more conservative in the traditional domestic design process.The frame is self-contained,the structure is not compact enough,and the outer dimensions are large.The micro-card or pickup chassis has small carrying capacity and small carrying space.The current boom structure cannot obtain satisfactory performance parameters,and the vehicle cannot be safely tilted.Therefore,a compact hybrid boom structure and a reasonable design method are sought.It is of great significance to realize the practical use of micro and small aerial work vehicles,improve work performance,ensure the safety and economy of operations,and promote technological advancement in the industry.This topic combines the needs of enterprise development and uses modern CAD/CAE means to demonstrate the whole process of designing a hybrid boom of a small aerial work vehicle.Through the composition research and structural analysis of the hybrid boom of the small aerial work vehicle,the overall design of the hybrid boom of the small aerial work vehicle was carried out,and the strength calculation of the hybrid boom was carried out by using the traditional theoretical calculation method.The finite element analysis of the three-dimensional model was carried out using the finite element software ANSYS.The analytical analysis and the theoretical method were compared and found that the designed hybrid boom satisfies the strength and stiffness requirements.Based on ANSYS,the hybrid boom is optimized and analyzed.By controlling the parameter variable section width,section height,bending radius and thickness,multi-objective optimization analysis is carried out to maximize the mechanical properties of the material,and the optimized hybrid boom arm is achieved.The barrel structure reduces the weight of the mixing boom and optimizes the weight and cost of the work vehicle.Based on the initial design of the hybrid boom for the small-scale aerial work vehicle,through the structural layout and stability calculation of the complete vehicle,it is found that the stability and operating parameters meet the requirements,and after the vehicle test,the results show that Small aerial work vehicle with 9m class hybrid boom meets design requirements.The thesis includes 56 figures,22 tables,66 references.
